Founded in 2011, Lamb Consulting Group reflects Dr. Freeman-Buster’s vision and expertise, built on more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, business development, and economic growth initiatives. Her extensive career includes leadership roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at top financial institutions and community banks across the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

Dr. Freeman-Buster’s rich professional background enables her to drive performance improvements, revenue growth, and operational excellence for forward-thinking organizations seeking sustainable success.
